           have submitted and evaluating the case for investigative purposes.  If it appears that we will

           be able assist you in this matter, we will develop an investigation plan, a cost estimate and

           provide you with a Retainer Agreement for your approval.  There is NO fee or obligation for

           this service.  We will begin working on your assignment as soon as we have received your

           payment along with our Retainer Agreement.  Fees for services rendered are based on time

           and expenses as outlined in our Retainer Agreement.
